Welcome to the Returns & Refunds Policy for Thirtythree45.
We want you to be happy with your order, and we’ll always do our best to resolve any problems fairly and quickly.

Print-on-Demand Clothing

  • All of our T-shirts and clothing items are made to order using a print-on-demand process. This means each item is produced specifically for your order rather than being taken from existing stock.

Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect size chosen by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong colour or design

  • Minor variations in print placement, colour tone, or garment shade that can occur during the production process

Please check sizing information carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Faulty

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect

  • Or significantly different from what was ordered

please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer either:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A full refund

depending on the situation.

Sizing Issues

As all garments are produced to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for sizing errors where the correct item was supplied.

We strongly recommend checking the size guide before placing your order.

If you are unsure about sizing before ordering, feel free to contact us and we’ll help where we can.

Delivery Problems

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will investigate with the delivery provider.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by postal delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, strikes, weather conditions, or courier issues outside of our control

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 5–10 working days for banks or payment providers to process the refund after approval

Cancelling Orders

As print-on-demand items enter production quickly, orders cannot usually be cancelled once production has started.

If you need to make changes to an order, contact us as soon as possible after purchase and we will try to help where we can.
